Dr. Jane is held in the highest regard by her colleagues. She is a Voluntary Assistant Clinical Professor with the UCSD School of Medicine, where she has been teaching second- and third-year students for several decades. Her students remain in touch with her after their graduation for advice and discussion about their medical careers. She continues to mentor a third-year UCSD medical student annually.
Dr. Jane is a champion of patient advocacy as well as a firm believer in the healing power of a strong and trusting doctor-patient relationship. She believes in the importance of continuity of care, and treating the entire family.
